How do I book vacation rental property? We keep our availability calendar current. Once you have checked availability, call us at (207) 669-4235 or complete our contact form and let us know the cottage you want to book. Provided the cottage is available and your group is the right size for the property, we will email you a lease.
What are my payment options? DMVR, Inc. is happy to make payment arrangements with you that work with your budget, and can very often break payments up in to 2 or 3 installments, time permitting. We ask our guests to pay by check to avoid costly credit card fees. However, if you are only able to pay by credit card, do let us know and we can usually work something out.
Assistance during your stay: Nichole, Shannon and Dawn are all members of our staff are available year-round to assist both renters and property owners.
All of us are continually available by phone at (207) 669 - 4235, (207)-367-5095 and (207)-348-2658 for assistance – and for emergencies 24 hrs a day. We are primarily a home based operation, so you can reach us both day and night. Trust that our "team" will always be on hand to help you out when needed.
When will my security deposit be returned? Security deposits are returned within 30 days of departure of rental, providing the property is left in good standing.
What is your cancellation policy? As long as you cancel 45 days prior, you will receive a full refund of your fees, minus a $150 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than 45 days notice, you will receive a full refund (minus the $150 admin fee) as long as we are able to rebook the property. Generally, we can rebook the property, but may have to rebook at a lower rate if cancelled with little notice. In circumstances where the property is rebooked at a lower rate, refunds will only be made only to the amount collected for rebooking. However, if cancellations occur less than 45 days before arrival, and we are not able to secure any form of rebooking, no monies will be returned.
