Get away from it all to a private island retreat located only 1 mile from the South Blue Hill boat launch. Set in protected Deep Cove with a mooring for your boat and a large pier w/dock. This cozy three bedroom saltbox style cottage has an open floor plan to allow much light and open views of the water. There is a full bath w/shower only on the 1st floor and a ½ bath on the second floor. A large deck overlooks the bay to Blue Hill Mountain and is a great place to take in the many sailing races coming out of Kollegewidgwok Yacht Club. If you do not have a boat you will be transported on and off the island for your arrival and departure. Additional transport is $75/trip on and off the island.

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
