This lovely cottage was designed by artist Emily Muir, utilizing a unique combination of rustic and contemporary style and color. It sits high overlooking Crockett Cove, with spruce trees shading the open deck running along the waterside of the home. Large windows take in this private and quiet setting, offering complete peace and tranquility. An open greatroom with sweeping, beamed ceiling is warmed by the granite lined fireplace. The kitchen with bar & seating looks out to the water, and opens to the living and dining area. There is also a main level den with pull out sofa (and 1/2 bath), and loft with queen bed. Downstairs are two more spacious bedrooms, each w/ extra seating areas (queen, full), and large sliding glass to doors to welcome in the fresh sea air and sounds and sites of the nearby ocean vista beyond. Boats can be launched and access to the shore can be achieved via a path along a 50 ft path along the left side of the house. A wonderfully unique home to enjoy the beauty of Crocket Cove.

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
