A rare waterfront cottage right in the heart of Stonington! A terrific brand new house, very comfortably furnished, with extra-large windows to enjoy the view from the living room and spacious eat-in kitchen. There are two roomy bedrooms (queen and two twins) and one and a half baths. The house is nestled into a little neighborhood next to our Post Office (no windows on that side of the house for privacy).

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
