The interior is bright and spacious with ocean views from nearly every room in the house.
The bedrooms are one down stairs with a double bed, two upstairs with a queen and two twins. One bath down and one up.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, all linens included, washer and dryer, broadband and WiFi, a 10 ft row boat and Canadian style canoe for guests. This one has all the bells and whistles.
Wood stove, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops through out and hard wood floors.
The beach is right out front with a nice mixture of people shoreline and flat ledges for walking. A very nice, private and quiet spot for that special vacation.
It is listed separately on this site for viewing purposes, but will not be rented separately while guests are in the main house.

There is a fully equipped apartment above the garage that can be used for over flow and will sleep 2-4 comfortably.

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
