The property offers a grassed over path to the Center Harbor road where one can walk 1/8 mile to the shore or simply sit on the rolling lawn and enjoy the salt air.
The landscaping is well thought to provide privacy and protection from the ocean breeze, but without compromising the ocean views.
Four bedrooms with a queen bed, a full, and three twins. The full bed is on the main floor and has its own bath with a shower. There is another 1/2 bath on the main floor. The second full bathroom is upstairs and has a tub. There is a full kitchen with all a cook would need.
A perfect coastal getaway.
This home is also available for a winter rental.

If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
