Experience the Maine coast in peace and solitude in this semi-rustic contemporary on a private wooded lot. The granite shoreline offers expansive views and a tiny private island accessible during low tide. Kayakers can easily launch with the tide and explore quiet coves and wildlife along the shoreline. The first floor features an efficient eat-in kitchen and an open living area with wood stove. The downstairs master bedroom with queen-sized bed has access to the deck. A full bath with shower is right off the kitchen. The second bedroom (with double bed) is upstairs and has a private deck. A second full bath is upstairs as well. The screened porch, decks, and upper loft with futon provide additional getaway space. Amenities include TV/VCR/DVD, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and central heat.

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
