Newly renovated interior in 2008 has brought new life to this treasured home and has made the property even more special.
Completely private and secluded on 17 acres of rolling fields and new, well kept forests. One access the shore via a wide grassy path (large and flat enough for any car to drive down), and once at the oceanfront, one finds a large private deck with chairs 10 feet from the shoreline. The perfect place to listen to the ducks and loons and enjoy the schooners and sail boats as they pass by.
Features
The house has two covered porches if it should rain and a deck on the ocean side with a BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining. The porches have drapes and shades for the sun and wind control as you enjoy the porch swing and wicker chairs overlooking 173 years of exquisite flower gardens and lilac bushes.
Many restaurants, shops and galleries nearby. Lots of places to buy lobster, clams and crab meat or rent a kayak or canoe.
The waterfront is very secluded and you could take a dip in your own suit! Go back to life the way it was meant to be!
