One of a kind! A renovated church with tall windows that provide gorgeous views of Stonington, the harbor and the many islands beyond! The kitchen is in the lower level, where there is also a sitting area, plus a full bath. The main level has large parlor with great views and a futon. A portion of the sanctuary with pews is still in place. The upper level has two bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), a sitting area, plus a full bath with shower. A new third floor studio has large skylights and a deck with absolutely breathtaking views. Washer, dryer, microwave, TV/VCR (for movies; no cable). Maximum of six people.

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
