Fine Victorian home nestled well off the road at the top of Green Head. Large open porches overlook Deer Isle Thoroughfare and the wooded path to the water, where you can launch a kayak. Very large rooms with views galore! The wide doorway to the living room allows the two rooms to flow together. Three bedrooms upstairs, two full baths (shower downstairs and tub upstairs). Washer, dryer, microwave, TV, charcoal grill, wood stove. Spacious cottage in a peaceful setting!

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
