Kramer Cottage is a charming bow-roofed colonial cottage, resting on multiple acres on Merchants Point. It is privately situated, surrounded by lawns and woods, and cascades down to the shores of Southeast Harbor. The interior of the home boast warm country charm. There are wooded ceilings, wide plank pine flooring, natural wood trim and doors, accentuated alongside classic white walls. Antique styled wood stoves in both the kitchen and living area give that old-time feel. The blue counters and kitchen tile add richness, as do the furnishings and decor. In addition to the living, dining and kitchen area, there is a private den with brick fireplace, office nook, and pull-out sofa (queen, for added sleeping when needed). The home further offers 2 bedrooms, both with comfortable queen sized beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms, one on each level. Outside the nice mix of lawn, woods and shoreline offer a relaxing venue to enjoy this private and peaceful setting. Located centrally between Deer Isle and Stonington, Kramer Cottage is a great located to easily enjoy the attributes of each coastal village.

All rentals are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional, refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet fee is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
